Decorative Mantel Clock with Open Escapement Dial
Description
A mantel clock featuring a dark, polished slate case with a rounded, domed top and a rectangular, stepped base. The clock face is round and white, displaying black Roman numerals and a gold-toned bezel. An open escapement is visible at the center of the dial, revealing parts of the internal mechanism. The front of the clock’s base and sides of the main body are embellished with gold-colored scrolling designs and green, diamond and triangular shaped inlays.
