A Group of Seven Silver Napkin Rings, one hallmarked Sterling
Description
A group of seven napkin rings, comprising six circular bands and one ornate non-circular form. The circular rings vary in design, including plain, reeded, and engraved borders. The ornate example features pierced scrolling decoration and a central cartouche bearing the monogram “WTC”. One reeded band is hallmarked sterling silver, bearing the lion passant, anchor mark for Birmingham, a monarch’s head duty mark, and the date letter ‘g’, indicating a late 19th or early 20th century date.
